A lot has changed at this location since 1975! I grew up on this farm from 1989-2007. Today, only three of the structures in this photo still stand: just the two small matching "granary" buildings and the home-built water tower just to the north of them, all along the west side of the driveway. My parents, John D. and Lesa (Moyer) Hommes purchased the property from Bill Jensen in 1987. They finished construction of a new home, coinciding with a controlled burn of the original pictured here, in 2006.
