This building appears to be the Dallas Savings Bank. My grandfather, who farmed east of town (Chick) Kenneth Dawson cut hair in the basement of this building. It has been demolished and is now parking for the Piercebacker funeral home. The last task of demolition was the removal of the bank safe. It was a challenging task. After it's final use as a bank it was used as a home rental. In the 1980s a family by the name of Fuller lived there. I have met with the Fuller family in my position as an educator.
