This is the Cranston General Store/Texaco Station/Post Office run by Leo Brookhart. Frank & Laura Courtney lived in the white house behind the store that you can see.
I grew up in the second house to the left of the store. The store owner was my great-uncle. The Gann family ended up buying the building and making it into their home. I still live in Cranston but in a house that would be to the right of the store.
Is this over by Wild Cat Den Park?!
Frank and Laura Courtney were my grandparents. Laura was a Brookhart related to Leo. I believe the house is no longer there
Doug, no your grandparents house is no longer there. Unfortunately it was the victim of arson a few years ago. As far as I know the person was never caught.
