These storage garages were across from Karl Chevrolet. It’s now the site of the strip mall that contains Old Chicago, Fuzzy’s Taco Shop, and Duluth Trading Company, among others. PDI now occupies the field at the top of this photo and Walgreens now occupies the field at the bottom.
