This was once known as "Barney's Corner" as George Barney had his station, trucking service, and hog buying station here as well as his home. All of these buildings are gone and it is the home of TCT trucking east of Lake View along the highway with new business structures.
This landmark was known as Barney's Corner for many years. George Barney, my husband's grandfather, lived and operated a trucking business, hog buying station, service garage, and feed store from this place. All of the buildings are gone and a new trucking company is located here.
This was my grandpa Georges feed business and house. It was later a hog buying station
