644 1st Ave. NW, Sioux Center. Originally a church parsonage, it was divided into a six-plex apartment building many years before. I lived in the basement apartment adjacent to the driveway from '94 to '99. As of 2022, there are plans to move this building & similar one nearby to a location on West 7th St.
