Image is looking west from the east side of the Walnut River at what is now the Valero "Ark City Terminal". In the 1990s due in large part to increasing EPA restrictions, what was then a Total Refinery plant was closed and most structures in the image above were razed. Original site entrance is located at 1200 S M Street and was dissected by the Missouri Pacific Railroad.
