It wasn’t Rhoton’s until about ‘84.
Im not 100% sure Jerry, but you're close if not right. It was either 83 or 84 Id have to do a little more digging to figure out exactly. People still refer to that as Pauls. He sure did alot for the community when he got it up and going tho.
