Watch Tower at Xalapa Farm. Hwy 460 near North Middletown, KY

If you look at the tower on Google maps you will see about a 100 ft circle at it's base. That is the outline of a 1 million gallon under ground water storage tank. Before city water Xalapa Farm had it's own water plant.
