On Union Chapel Road, this home was originally owned by Mofford Elrod. In late 1975, it was purchased by Tom and Jenny Fox. Tom build the additional black shed on the front of the barn and continued remodeling the home throughout the 80s. It was sold to Thomas Butch in 1993, who I believe still owns it today.
