This is the home of J.Terry & Jeanette Cavitt. As of 2017 the farm is still in the family. Not a lot has changed. The tobacco barn and tool shed are still there. The barn was torn down and rebuilt reusing the materials about 2002. The smoke house to the right of the house was torn down around 2011. The garden and tobacco fields are now gone.
