The old jail is in this picture. Most people dont even remember that EC had a jail at one point. but it is the little white house on washington street. It would have been right next to the building that held the comic book store and venetias beauty parlor which burned down just a couple years ago now. Then the road that goes up the hill to Camp Joy.
