Hi! My maiden name is Kiper. Grandmother was Nanie Jane Kiper, but she didn’t live in the Duff area, however maternal grand parents did. Asa and Essie Pryor.

I remember meeting Nanie a time or two. Mom called her Aunt Nanie, so she likely was grandpa Vernon Kiper's sister. I was a kid when I met her; I mainly remember her goiter. I remember the Pryors as well.

Carolyn Carter, yes she did have goiter. I have been able to find Asa and Essie Pryors farm, but having trouble finding grandma Nannie Jane Kipers home. Which was on a gravel road by the Holly Church.
