My grandparents, Walter and Molly Leedy, built this house around 1972(?). The post office was a cinder block building just off from the middle driveway. The old white section foreman's house to the right of this one was the house they lived in when they first moved to Richardson from Georges Creek. My uncle was Postmaster. Grandpa owned everything from the creek to this area and up over the hill and down the other side to the fence. He sold the properties in 1977 or 1978 after my uncle passed in January 1977 and moved with family to Columbus, Ohio.
