This is on E. Maple St. The front Bld next to the Road is Frank Howard’s Tv Cable business office and head-end system he and his wife started over 50 years ago. Him and his wife Ruth Howard raised their 9 children in the house behind the business. It has since been updated and still remains the business and home.

I am the youngest daughter of Ruth and Frank Howard.. I was raised in the house behind the business. Mom and Dad started cable TV in the 1950s to the Magoffin co Area and the county people were grateful. They no longer had to climb the hill to adjust their signal.
