This is the Bon Air Motel at 13011 W. US Highway 42 in Prospect, KY. It is gone now. The land is now occupied by the Kash Office Building. The Bon Air Motel is also shown in photos 64A-BOL-10 and 26-IOL-31 and 26-IOL 32.
