This was our old home place. It’s been torn down. It had 4 rooms and an enclosed back porch. Most of my childhood memories were made on this farm and in this old house. As meek as it was, mom tried to make it warm and cozy as she could. As little as we had in those years, I wouldn’t trade them for anything. I still have dreams of our family there. Dad sold the farm, keeping 5 acres. At bottom of the hill, built a new house 1969. I was a freshman in high school.
