Belonged to my Uncle Ezra and Aunt Sadie Manning. After their deaths was sold to a daughter of Edwin Cox and her husband Jimmy Fletchum. Jimmy was stepson of my Grandfather Sampson David Cox who built the house before it was moved in early 1960s. Sampson was Edwin's dad. After Jimmy died the place was sold to unknowns to me in 2017 or 2018.
