This homestead, located on Route 107, Sebago, was built in 1849 by Daniel Johnson Hill, grandson of the first settler of Sebago. The farm was run for many years by Daniel Hill's daughter, Ella, and her husband, Thomas Jackson, and was known as the Jackson Farm. More recently, the farm has been known as the Jordan Hill Farm.
