House on west side of Mortland Rd several hundred feet towards Searsport center from the house in 13 AW 15. Was occupied by "Tiny" Ayer who ran an auto junkyard there for a while into the 1990s I think. House is now gone and replaced with a mobile home. Trees on the near side of the street are gone also.
