Building now gone. Was used as HQ for a small landscaping company. This property is now the entrance to a summer resort "Cape Arundel Cottage Preserve". Located on Route 1, Arundel.
Mrs Pratt lived here in the 50's and 60's. She had a few room she rented out to others so it was a motel.
