No, this is George Pierce's house on St. Augustine Rd, the back road into Chesapeake City. You turn north off 310 at the church, it's maybe 2/10ths of a mile on the right. He drove a school bus and this looks exactly like his house, including the shrubs at the entrance. My parents rented it from his widow for several years.
