I grew up on this farm. My grandfather operated this farm when I was very young until his death in 1986. The diary barn collapsed in 1986 and we had to milk cows at another farm. My dad helped his dad on this farm and him along with my mother and my younger brother lived in the house trailer across from the dairy barn. Farming was my grandfathers life and when he could no longer farm this farm because of a string of bad luck, he took his own life in the garage across from the farm house.
