The railroad tracks are wrong for the Lowes on Rt 85 in Frederick, in 1988 it would have been on Rt 355, now Aldi's. I think this was the old warehouse McKinney Circle closer to Buckeystown.
Building on the right is 7201 McKinney Circle, Frederick. Buildings on the left are now Builder First Source, 7203 McKinney Circle.
