This is St Mark's Episcopal Church at the intersection of Charles Barnes Road and Old Westover-Marion Road, in Kingston, MD. This is the second location of this Church from about a mile or so to the West of it. It was a Methodist Church at one time.
Presently in derelict condition, there is an ongoing effort to restore it.

The restoration on the outside appears to be nearly complete.
