Northwest corner of 17th Street and 143rd Ave. Belonged to Al and Dot Sabin for many years. They were our neighbors(we live across 17th St). Al told us that the landscaping seen close to the corner was planted with his father's chrysanthemums in the 1950s. He called them Dad's mums. I believe they still come up.
