William and Charlotte Carter House. My grandparents purchased the property in the 1990s I think, after this photo was taken. The barn in the rear is gone and a large pole barn is at the end of the property. I remember helping my grandmother with many a garage sale here, and playing on a tire swing in a tree on the upper right.
