Riverdale School at Lumberjack Road and School Street. Now closed.

I grew up right across the street on SE corner of Lumberjack and School St. I lived there at the time this photo was taken. My grandparents lived on School St right on the curve. They also lived there at the time. Their names were Lester and Frances Waldron. My mother is Nancy Trayer Johnston and my step father was Lloyd Curtis's. My mother still lives there. On the NW corner of Lumberjack Rd and School St was Nina and Jewel Young. I believe that they still lived there at that time. That house burnt down probably 30 years ago. I also believe that they owned the Riverdale Tavern and sold it to Patricia Green a few years after this was taken. I may be wrong about that though. At the west end of School street was Joanne Betzer and next to her would have been the Allen's. The NE corner of Lumberjack and School was the Hyde's. That house also burnt down probably 10-15 years ago.Next to my mothers house on the other side was the Tarbell's. There also was the Kennett's on the east end of School St and The Haliwells directly behind my mom's house.
