1845 Huron County land grant to John Woytalewicz homestead with wife Eva Block Woytalewicz at 4998 S. Parisville Rd., Huron County, MI. Residence of son John Woytalewicz (aka White) and Kate Rutkowski Woytalewicz, then to their widowed daughter Regina Woytalewicz Lackowski Schmidt.
John was born May 12, 1828, Prussia/Poznan, Poland.
According to descendant family, Frances & Jacob Woytalewicz of Warren, MI: βJohn ran away from Germany as a deserter of the German Army. He came over to Canada then went to Pennsylvania then to Harbor Beach, MI. He was in Huron County, MI before 1854.β
