I remember coming to this house as a child in 1969ish. Home baked pies were on the counter, wood was burning in the kitchen stove for cooking, and when I went to the bathroom in the night, they would bring out the little box under the bed. Grandpa would be taking care of his sheep and grandma would be peeling potatoes. There was a cool twirly chair in the living room. I would twirl until it wouldn't go any higher, and then I would twirl back down. All the cousins would be playing in the barn. On Sunday morning everyone would get up and go to church. Great trips to grandma's house.
