We live in this house now. Moved in 2002-3. Lots of changes since this photo was taken.
The house was built in 1930 by a Dr. Smiseth, who lived there or his family did until the 1950's we think. We think the Dr. conducted his practice in the basement of the house, as their are remnants of plastered walls, sinks and showers there. We also believe he had a complete underground sprinkling system for the property, fed by a stream that's still there. We need to do more research to find more photos earlier than 1989 if they're out there.
