Oh yes, I recognize this. This is the corner of Gd River and Whitmore Lake Rd (Old 23).
The southwest corner. Today it is occupied by a strip mall - the same one that has Little Caesar's Pizza in it. Gd River is the road going from left to right. The cement truck is turning off of Old 23 on to eastbound Gd River. In the very lower right hand corner, you can see part of the parking lot for the old Michigan State Police Post. The building is still there.
