The bank in Scottville (bottom center), with the Optimist Hall behind it (top left). I believe when this picture was taken, the bank was still called State Savings Bank of Scottville. It would later become West Shore Bank, and it is still named that today as of August 2019. I remember working with my father doing the masonry work on the Optimist Hall when it was being built.
