This is Prince of Peace Lutheran Church. Ida, MI. Pastor Ted Kerr has been the pastor at this church for 10 years. I have been a member of this church for 61 years.
The church celebrated there 50 year Jubilee last August 2015.
A lot of our older member's are gone now but we have many young families with young children that will help the church grow.
There are many activities that go on there . A day care that is staffed by wonderful and caring people and is very busy every day with young children. Many other meetings are also held there. Can't forget church services Sunday 8.30 and 11.00 and Sunday school at 9.50am to 10.50am. Wednesday evening service at 7pm. Communion is offered at all 3 of these services. A contemporary service Atomic is held the second Sunday of each month at 6.30pm. communion is also offered at that service. Atomic is hosted by the young high and college age. The young people are very talented with singing doing skits playing interments doing the sermon. Wonderful group of young people. They even go to other churches and do the service for them.
