Aunt Helen's parents (the Gregorys from Riverdale) lived there back in the 1950s and 1960s. The ranch-style house was built in the early 1950s. When Uncle Alvin sold the ranch to the Sacketts, he tore down the one of the barns and used the lumber to frame his new home on M-46.
