This was the Maycrest Farm, directly across Eight Mile Rd. from the Maybury State Park entrance.

When I drove by it recently, I wasn't looking for it but its absence hit my subconscious mind. As I was making my return trip, I looked for it and sure enough ... it was gone. A beautiful farm that I just assumed would be around forever.
