This was my Grandpa and Grandma Schulte's farm. The chicken coop was torn down, and about 11 years ago, my brothers Jim and Bob, sister Sue and Dad Jim and I painted the out buildings. Grandma always wanted a red barn, so she got her red barn. Aunt Joyce and Grandma helped with painting the trim, giving it a nice finished look.

I miss this place!! Wish we could have moved there when it was for sale a few years back. Many good memories and big family get gatherings.

I purchased the acreage and barn portion of the property in 2013. I’d love to hear stories and get copies of any old pictures of the barn and land! I’ll ask Jan and Ron next time I see one of them.
