My husband and I bought this old farmhouse in July 2016. I have traced it's parcel back to 1867 when the J. Ellerthorpe owned it. It once had 160+ acres. In this 1982 photo the farm had 80 acres and was owned by E. West. The parcel now has only 5 acres. Almost all of these outbuildings still stand, including the silo. Since then, the West's sold off the majority of the land around 1990-1991. Shortly after the house and the remaining 5 acres were sold to A. Wilkinson who then sold it to J. Delia in November 2013 who then sold it to us, The Tack's in July 2016.
