Denny's North Star gas station (6063 Main St, North Branch) and the adjacent ‘Mikey’s Café, then the "Branch Cafe", (also later known as 'Cousin Louie's'). It was located where the Midtown Commons II/China Taste restaurant is now. It was built and owned by Denny Gustafson who formerly sold Wheelhorse lawn tractors and Artic Cat snowmobiles. The cafe was open late into the evening...and appealed to the 'after hours' crowd on weekends
