The Pieper Ranch, purchased in 1967, and still occupied May 2018 by Wayne and Sandra Pieper. The house and barn remain. All other outbuildings are gone, replaced by a pole building, as are the paddocks. This was my childhood home that I am still blessed to visit regularly, and this very photo hangs in the entry to the home! We cherish it for the memories it holds...
