Hello, I am the registrar at Grindstone Lake Bible Camp and my husband is the Camp Director. The chapel building with the stripes in the back is no longer standing. That building collapsed under heavy snow in March of 2014. A rec building was added to the camp grounds about 20 years ago, which was originally built back behind the striped chapel building. The large building toward the front of the camp is no longer there, and was replaced with a more up to date dining hall in the 1980's, due to new state standards. An archery course has also been added near where the striped chapel stands, and 3 large tire swings have been added to the play ground. The newer dining hall and chapel are now connected are located a little south of where the old dining hall stood. The road in the picture also now extends back behind where the striped chapel stood. We have also added a new building in 2014 which stands west of the old dining hall. This new building was built to be our temporary chapel while the new one was built, and will be renovated into our new office next spring.
You guys should have left the old buildings alone. It was better before. Why do you have to change stuff?
