This trailer house was replaced with a larger one (not sure what year) and then that was replaced with a manufactured home on a basement in 2002. Previous owners were Eileen Zipoy, Mike Zipoy, Kevin Mikrot, Nick Mikrot and now Karen Mikrot. The flood of 2012 covered everywhere except the very front yard (from the front to the road) and never touched the garage. 4 years later, it happened again! There's a pond out behind the garage that flows north towards Denham Crossing Road to the Kettle River that was joined a little north of that by the Moose Horn River. During the floods, those rivers overflowed so much that it made the water come back towards us and thus caused the significant flooding.
