Our family farm. Our mother was born here and later was purchased by our father's parents and eventually purchased by our parents from our Grandfather's estate. Upon the death of our parents it is now owned by us four siblings. Since the photo the barns ,silo, corn crib, granary have been torn down. The house has had an addition. The road along the north of the farm was closed and now dead ends at our farm. This happened at the time the City of Pipestone extended the airport runway into the farm.
Hi Connie,
Thank you for the history of this property! Do you have a memory from this property you would like to share? What kind of farm did your grandparents operate?
