Originally homesteaded by Anton & Tilde (Stahler) Loher. Anton Loher died in 1894, so Tilde remarried to his brother Louie Loher. Tilde was the older sister of my great-great grandfather JB Stahler, who homesteaded across the road. Lester Loher, Tilde & Louie's son, owned this farm for many years.
