In the forefront of the photo you can see 2 houses: #1003 3rd Ave NE is the smaller white house on the left, and #1005 3rd Ave NE is the white two-story house on the right.
Lyndon and Constance Lefew have owned #1003 for many years. Previous owners of #1005 include Jeff and Linda Stimler until 2001 and then Katherine Jones Eggen until 2012. #1005 used to be a farm house, originally built circa ~1910.
