There are two houses in the photo. The old 2-story farmhouse is no longer there and the rambler was built in 1981 and is still there.
All that's left of the barn is the foundation and the garage was removed sometime between 2011-2015.
A garage was built next to the rambler house and an addition was added to the house as well.
