This is the Silver Creek Reformed Church. In 1964, a new church was built in the town of Silver Creek. The church in the photo was removed years later.
The house/parsonage to the left of the church is still there and it was recently remodeled.
The pole building behind the church is still there as well.
Address: 9191 County Road 8 NW, Maple Lake, MN.
The house was built in 1918.
