My wife and I bought this place in 2000. We did replace the house, but most of the rest of the buildings are still here.
Is that Wilbert Smithβs old place?
Speck Jones and his wife Sizie raised their family, Ralph ( was a marine during WW2 and was killed during the invasion of Iwo Jima), Bud and Jean. Speck was the Co op oil distributor for years. They moved to the KCMO area and sold the place to Wilbert and Janet Smith.
