Fred Palmer's basement (berm) house at 46 Libhart Rd at the end of Hwy UU, Cuba, MO. It is constructed on the foundation of the house that he and his first wife Elmira (R.I.P.) lost in a fire in 1979, a couple of years after they acquired it. It was replaced by a single wide mobile home, which was destroyed by an F1 tornado December 2, 1982.
