This was my father's home. Harold J. Rodenberg.
Built by Victor Wells in 1890.
Purchased by Henry Koenig in December 1931 for his daughter and grandchildren to live in.
Upon his death in 1932, Sophia Koenig paid her siblings for their share of the property.
When she passed away in 1967, her son Lester Rodenberg purchased and continued residence there.
In 2013 Lester passed away and 2018 his wife Pauline passed away. In 2019, their son, John Rodenberg became the owner.
